I grew up with small-town values. The kind where honesty matters. Where relationships come before transactions. Where your word still means something. Even though I live in the city now, those values guide how I do business every day.
For 12 years I worked in a role where I did everything needed for an organization, event planing, organizing moving parts, bringing people together, websites maintenance, customer service, magazine editing, creative, design, and copy, on top of making sure everything worked when it mattered most.
Over time I realized something. So many incredible businesses were doing amazing work… but their marketing didn’t show it. Websites that didn’t tell their story. Social media that felt forced.

So I started Hurricane Marketing. Not to become a big-city agency. But to help businesses build marketing that feels honest, creative, and rooted in who they really are.

I started working with the Candle Lake Fun Run in 2024 as support for their website, that turned into working with them to create a new website, assist with their social media, and in 2025 I took over hosting the golf tournament the night prior to the CLFR Run.
I am proud to be apart of changing the stigma around mental health and I encourage you to come out and walk or run to help raise money that supports mental health initiatives in Saskatchewan.
